1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $2,500. No deposit hold required.

2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,500) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.

Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and our guest agreement.

Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In (winter only).

Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and fellow guests, we have quiet hours between 11 PM to 7 AM. During these hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum, including TV, music, and conversations. 5. Respect the Property: Please treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence will be charged to the guest. 6. Kitchen and Cooking: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, but please clean up after yourself and rinse the dishes and load the dishwasher promptly. Do not leave food out in common areas to prevent pests. 7. Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling in the provided bins and follow local recycling guidelines. Excessive trash or leaving trash in common areas may result in an additional cleaning fee. 8. Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in eviction from the property, and a fine of $1000 will be imposed. By booking our property, you agree to abide by these rules and accept the consequences of any violations.
