- Although very secluded, a basement suite is attached to the property. However it is completely separate and private to the rest of the property with zero access to Ponderosa and zero shared amenities.
- The fireplace is inactive and not able to be used.

Damage Protection:
Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.

2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,500) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.

Our home is located in Lake Country (20 minutes from Kelowna) which is home to dozens of award winning wineries and vineyards. We are only a short walk down to the lake, and a quick drive to Turtle Bay, Winfield and Gatzke's/Pane Vino.

Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence will be charged to the guest. 6. Kitchen and Cooking: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, but please clean up after yourself and rinse the dishes and load the dishwasher promptly. Do not leave food out in common areas to prevent pests. 7. Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling in the provided bins and follow local recycling guidelines. Excessive trash or leaving trash in common areas may result in an additional cleaning fee. 8. Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in eviction from the property, and a fine of $1000 will be imposed. By booking our property, you agree to abide by these rules and accept the consequences of any violations.
