2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,500) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.

Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and our guest agreement.
Parking Notes - Enjoy the convenience of one reserved parking stall included at no extra charge. Please note that the parking garage has a height clearance of 7'6" to 7'8". Additional free parking stalls are sometimes available nearby, and for guests needing extra space, paid overflow parking can be accessed through Big White Central Reservation in Happy Valley for a nightly fee.

Kitchen and Cooking: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, but please clean up after yourself and rinse the dishes and load the dishwasher promptly. Do not leave food out in common areas to prevent pests. 7. Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling in the provided bins and follow local recycling guidelines. Excessive trash or leaving trash in common areas may result in an additional cleaning fee. 8. Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in eviction from the property, and a fine of $1000 will be imposed.
