Damage Protection:
Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.

Choose your protection option:
1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $2,500. No deposit hold required.
or
2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,500) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.

Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform's policies and our guest agreement.

The free Gondola will take you down to Happy Valley, a family friendly area with an Adventure Park with a wide variety of activities: beginner skiing hills for the kids with a ride up the "Magic Carpets", skating rink, snow tube park, ice tower, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing trails and much more! Take the Gondola back up when you are ready to relax back at your chalet.

You'll have full access to the entire chalet across all three levels, including the main-level great room and kitchen, the heated garage and gear area, and the walkout basement with the hot tub, pool table, and entertainment space. Private parking is included in the heated garage.

This spacious, three-level chalet offers 2,950 sq. ft. of room to spread out, with unobstructed views of the Monashee Mountains. Perfectly designed for larger groups, it sleeps up to 11 guests across five bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully outfitted for large holiday meals, so cooking for the whole crew is never a problem. And when it's time to head out, the oversized garage gear area gives everyone room to offload and gear back up before hitting the mountain again.

No Parties Allowed: This property is for quiet and peaceful enjoyment. Parties, gatherings, and loud music are strictly prohibited. If you wish to host an event, please contact us in advance for approval, and any applicable fees or conditions. 2. Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the booking reservation are allowed on the property. Any additional visitors or guests must be approved in advance by the host. Unauthorized guests may result in eviction and a fine. 3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of any illegal substances, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. 4. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and fellow guests, we have quiet hours between 11 PM to 7 AM. During these hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum, including TV, music, and conversations. 5. Respect the Property: Please treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence will be charged to the guest. 6. Kitchen and Cooking: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, but please clean up after yourself and rinse the dishes and load the dishwasher promptly. Do not leave food out in common areas to prevent pests. 7. Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling in the provided bins and follow local recycling guidelines. Excessive trash or leaving trash in common areas may result in an additional cleaning fee. 8. Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in eviction from the property, and a fine of $1000 will be imposed. By booking our property, you agree to abide by these rules and accept the consequences of any violations.
