Pre-arrival requirements (after booking):
Damage Protection: As a software-connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.

Choose your protection option:
1) Smart Damage Waiver - covers accidental damage up to $1,500. No deposit hold required.
or
2) Refundable Security Deposit ($1,500) - temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.

Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform's policies and our guest agreement.

Intercom access: The building intercom does not operate between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in must be completed before 11:00 PM, as guests arriving later will not be able to use the intercom to reach the unit.

Set in the heart of downtown Kelowna's waterfront district on Sunset Drive, you're steps from sandy beaches and the boardwalk, and a short walk to Prospera Place, restaurants, cafes, breweries, and downtown shopping. Wineries, Knox Mountain hiking trails, and Mission beaches are all a short drive away.

Access

You'll receive a personal smart lock code prior to arrival, generated exclusively for your stay and automatically expiring at checkout, so there are no keys or fobs to coordinate. Full access to Discovery Bay's resort amenities, including both pools, the hot tub, fitness centre, and games room, is included throughout your stay.

Space

Top floor, corner unit, nothing but sky and water on two sides. No neighbours above, no one crowding your view from the side, just floor-to-ceiling glass pulling the lake straight into your living room. This is the kind of suite that makes people cancel their dinner reservation to watch the sunset instead.

Transit

The location is built for walking. Sandy beaches, the waterfront boardwalk, Prospera Place, and downtown Kelowna's restaurants, breweries, and shops are all within a few minutes on foot, so a car isn't necessary for most of your stay. For anything farther out, like the wineries, Knox Mountain, or Mission beaches, a vehicle or rideshare is the easiest option, and the unit's reserved underground parking spot makes that simple if you're driving in.

My family and I spent August long weekend here. Overall our stay was good! Few hiccups with check-in that were resolved pretty quickly. There was an issue with the kitchen sink and the water turned off but he had someone come in and take care of quickly and they came back the next day and replaced the parts as well. The unit had plenty of towels and beach towels, they even had some sunscreen, bug repellent etc. Which was nice. The coffee was also great! And they have a couple of different games. The views were absolutely stunning and easily accessible to the lake and surrounding restaurants. We did notice that there was no hand soap in two of the bathrooms and there was no signage or information listed about no fire pits/ propane fire table. There was a patio set with a propane fire table and we used it but we were given a warning from security for violating building bylaws. It would be helpful to include in the listing/ post it somewhere in the unit. Overall, we would stay here again
