The Perfection run starts at your door! Ski out in the morning, ski home to a private hot tub in the afternoon, and walk to the village for dinner. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms sleep ten across three levels, under a vaulted great room with a stone gas fireplace and windows framing the Monashee Mountains from nearly every seat. Parking for two vehicles and a heated garage for gear.

Damage Protection:
Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.

Choose your protection option:
1) Smart Damage Waiver - covers accidental damage up to $2,500. No deposit hold required.
or
2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,500) - temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.

Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform's policies and our guest agreement.

Parking Notes - Covered parking for 2 vehicles in the private carport. The garage is set up as the ski and boot room with the ping pong table, so it is not available for parking. Additional vehicles should park in the Happy Valley long-term parking lot at a cost of $25 per night or $125 per week, no trailers. Permits must be purchased from the Mountain Check-In building at Happy Valley (winter only).

Hot Tub - Inspected, drained and balanced between every stay. Please shower before use and keep the cover on when you are done.

Provided - Fresh linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, and room darkening shades in every bedroom.

You are in the Lower Village, which is the part most Big White listings cannot claim. Restaurants, the pub, coffee, rentals and groceries are only just up the road/ski run, and the tube park and outdoor skating rink at Happy Valley are the go to once the lifts close (which you can get to from the Gondola). Night skiing runs several evenings a week through the season and will be easy access from Plaza Chair!

Guests have the entire chalet with a private entrance and a path lit at night. Parking is covered for two large vehicles between the private garage and the private carport, which is a genuine luxury during a Big White snow dump. Full laundry with washer and dryer is yours for the stay.

True ski access is rare at Big White, and this chalet has it. The run is at the back door, so first tracks take less than ninety seconds from the boot bench to the snow.

The main floor is built around the view. A vaulted great room with floor to ceiling windows and a stone gas fireplace faces the mountains, and the kitchen opens onto it with a large island, counter seating for four and a dining table for eight. Sliding doors lead to a covered deck with the barbecue, Adirondack chairs and long views toward the Monashees. The private hot tub sits off of the family room patio, overlooking the Perfection run.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom - King bed, ample clothing storage and an attached ensuite with a jetted soaker tub, separate glass shower and double vanity
Second Bedroom - Queen bed with a closet and dresser
Third Bedroom - Two single beds with a closet and dresser
Fourth Bedroom - Queen bed and a bunk bed (sleeping 4 total in the room) with a mounted TV and a closet

Four full bathrooms across three levels mean no lineups on a powder morning.

Downstairs is the room every ski house should have and almost none do. Skis and boards go on the wall racks, boots come off on the bench, and ten people's wet gear dries inside overnight instead of in the back of the car. It doubles as the games room, with a full size ping pong table that runs from last chair until dinner is called.

Everything in the village is walkable and the shuttle loops the resort for anything further. Big White is roughly an hour by car from Kelowna International Airport. Winter tires on the highway are required from October 1 to April 30 under BC law, and a four wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended.
