The suite is fully private and separate from the main house, with zero shared access or amenities. Parties and events are not permitted, smoking and vaping are prohibited, and quiet hours apply.

Pre-arrival requirements (after booking): Damage Protection: As a software-connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.

Choose your protection option:
1) Smart Damage Waiver - covers accidental damage up to $1,000. No deposit hold required.
or
2) Refundable Security Deposit ($1,000) - temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.

Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform's policies and our guest agreement.

Neighborhood

Ponderpine Suite sits directly across the street from Wood Lake in Lake Country, just a short walk to the water and minutes from the beach. The area is home to some of the Okanagan's best wineries, including Gray Monk Estate Winery, Arrowleaf Cellars, and 50th Parallel Estate Winery, along with the Okanagan Rail Trail for biking and walking right along the lake.

Guests have full private access to the suite through its own separate entrance, with no shared access, amenities, or overlap with the main house.

Welcome to Ponderpine Suite, a fully private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite tucked directly across the street from the lake in Lake Country. This suite has its own separate entrance and no shared access or amenities with the main house, so it's just you, the lake, and the quiet.

The suite was recently newly constructed in 2023, with brand new finishes and appliances throughout that give it a fresh, well appointed feel. Wood Lake's turquoise waters are visible from nearly every window, and the private deck lets you take that view outside, whether it's morning coffee or an evening drink as the sun goes down over the water.

Inside, you'll find a king bed and a full kitchen stocked with brand new appliances, along with air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet, everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Transit

Parking is available in the driveway, with additional street parking nearby. Kelowna is about 20 minutes away, with Pane Vino, Turtle Bay, Winfield, and local favorites like Woody's Pub just a short drive.

Beautiful suite overlooking Wood Lake. Nothing is missed with this suite. Very well equipped and setup perfectly. Beautiful and clean. Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. We hope to be back again.

We feel like we found a diamond. Space was beautiful, amazing view of lake, very tranquil. Being a couple that often needs to work (that's me) and like to cook. We could do both without one "I wish we had!". We ran into the owner and she was lovely. Are staying in the suite was nothing short of excellent. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful. The suite was clean and pristine. The sweetest pack with everything you need to cook any meal. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very well put together. We loved our stay and will definitely be back anytime we come to Lake country.

Das war die beste Airbnb Unterkunft in der wir jemals übernachten durften🤩. Sie hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Einrichtung war gleichzeitig durchdacht und ebenso gemütlich. Die großen Panormafenster mit dem Blick auf den See waren ein Traum. Auch der Außenbereich war privat und schön zum verweilen. Sehr zu empfehlen 🙂
