Stay in the middle of Big White Village at Snowcrest – a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath chalet perfect for families or two family groups travelling together. With two king bedrooms, a games room with bunks for the kids, and room for up to 13 guests, everyone gets their own space. After a day on the hill, drop your gear in the dedicated mud room, then head out to the deck for a soak in your brand new private hot tub. With the Village right outside, ski school, rentals, restaurants and après are all close at hand.

Damage Protection:
Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.

Choose your protection option:
1) Smart Damage Waiver - covers accidental damage up to $2,500. No deposit hold required.
or
2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,500) - temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.

Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform's policies and our guest agreement.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. One is a secured stall in the covered parkade. The second is an outdoor stall shared between Snowcrest and one other unit on a first-come, first-served basis. (The second stall is not always guaranteed)

Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In (winter only).

The free Gondola will take you down to Happy Valley, a family friendly area with an Adventure Park with a wide variety of activities: beginner skiing hills for the kids, skating rink, snow tube park, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing trails and much more! Take the Gondola back up when you are ready to relax back at Snowcrest.

Full private access to the home, the hot tub deck, the ski locker and mud room, and one secured parking stall in the covered parkade. Self check-in with a unique code. We're available by message or phone if you need anything.

Snowcrest is made for families, with plenty of room for two family groups to share a ski trip without feeling crowded. Vaulted ceilings and tall windows fill the great room with natural light, and the fireplace and oversized sectional make it the go-to spot after last chair. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, with a breakfast bar and a large dining table close by. The games room is the kids' zone, with a pool table that converts to ping pong, a TV, a sectional, and queen-over-queen bunks, so the adults get the living room to themselves after dinner.

Violations may incur a $400 remediation fee and additional deep-cleaning costs if needed. - Quiet hours: 10 pm - 7 am (or as per local bylaws). Please keep music, TV, voices, and outdoor noise low. - Respect the property. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and for excessive mess. - Kitchen use. Please clean as you go, rinse dishes, and load/run the dishwasher before checkout. Don't leave food out. - Trash & recycling. Use the provided bins and follow local guidelines (if bins are full, please use the Transfer Station). Excessive trash or loose bagging may result in extra cleaning charges. Pets: - No pets permitted at Snowcrest. - Unregistered pets: $400 per pet. Additional Guests & Security: - The maximum guest count must match your reservation. - Unregistered guests: $150 per person per night. Maintenance & Access: - Emergencies may require entry without notice. - For non-emergencies, we will always provide notice when possible. Forgotten Items: - We cannot store them. If shipping is requested, $65 handling plus postage. Items may be discarded after 48 hours. Check-Out Basics: - Start the dishwasher, collect trash/recycling into the correct bins, return furniture/items to original places, turn off lights, lock doors and windows. Liability & Legal Notes: - You are responsible for your group, including children, etc. - The owner/host is not liable for personal injury, loss, or improper use of the property or amenities. - Where there are shared spaces (e.g., strata/common areas), please supervise children and pets and be respectful of others. - Please report any damage or issues promptly to prevent further costs. Compliance: - Serious or repeated violations may result in cancellation of the stay without refund and charges for costs incurred via Airbnb's Resolution Center. Administrative fees may apply (up to $1000, or more in egregious cases such as willful damage or prohibited events).
